It’s Monday, and that can mean only one thing… it’s time to get Bodaciously Beauty*licious!
I’m happy.
Why?
If you’ve read Think Pink, you’ll know that both Lola and I are compliment-collecting crazy - we keep them safe for days when we feel glum, then we get them back out and splash around in their general loviness.
Now, I’ve been compliment-collecting crazy this weekend. A cute boy from Liverpool told me my hair-clip - pink, natch - was ‘boss’, a girl called Claire came up to me in the train station to tell me I was funky - thanks Claire! and another girl told me how pretty my lip gloss was when I was re-applying it in the loo…compliment collecting is simply dee-lish. Fact.
New favourite website alert!
Cut-out is the creation of awesome super-talent, Miss Kay. She designs kick-ass T-shirts and tote bags, button badges and handmade jewellery for your pleasure and delight, because…well, she’s really rather nice like that!

I have completely out-bow-ed myself with my latest purch from Pink-world fave: Loulou Loves You and FYI, she does love me because she’s made quite possibly the cutest over-sized huge pink bow EV-AH, and after parting with 16 english pounds, I now own it - hurrah!
The Loulou bow is made from double layered 100% silk satin and can be worn as a dreamy hair barette or as a totally bowtastic brooch - I intend to do both with mine - I’m officially in bow heaven!
You can get your own from: www.louloulovesyou.co.uk
Just to remind you that there is a Pink-world zine-making competition going on right now - I totally can’t wait to read your entries - but thought, while you were getting you creative on, you might need a li’l inspir-o…

Ohmystars - is it completely wrong to be head over glitter-pink Converse in heart with a necklace?
Well, if loving this AH-MAZING necklace from the too-cool-for-school website: www.punkypins.co.uk is wrong, then I never, ever want to be right!
On my quest to bring you some fabu gift ideas for the gift-giving season, and that includes buying a gift for yourself btw, I have discovered www.Elsiebelle.com, a website of total accessorisation (yes, it is a word…mine!) treasure!
The site of beauty is fit-to-bursting with so many pretty, pretty things like this ‘I love tea’ necklace - tres adorbz and only £6.95, that I not only had to give props to the prods, I simply had to find out more about the site and intro you to the lovely Liz Fennings, the lady behind the label!
Yep, I’m going to say it; Christmas!
The only reason I’m mentioning it mid-November, which should still technically involve celebrating my b-day, is because I’m going to be away for a big chunk of December - did I tell you? I’m going to India?! - and I’m having to start my Christmas shopping early…
So, despite being an only child, I thought it might be really cool to offer up some Pink-world recommends… over the next few weeks to inspire your very own present-buying - I know, I’m like the gift that keeps giving, right?!
LouLou Loves You is not only a super cute sentiment, it’s also a really rather fabulous website selling prods of adorability!
The site will have you wishin’ you had as much hair as Amy Winehouse so that you could adorn yourself with several of LouLou’s incredible and infamous over-sized bows all at the same time, and the site is really rather cute to look at too!
Meet the lady behind the label, Lou Lou!

The amazing lady behind these sweet treats is Debbie Chialtis - come meet her, she’s cuteness on a lolly stick too!

It’s not often I discover cool music.
Don’t get me wrong, I dig a lot of cool, cool music, but it seems that when you work in the realms of teen-girl with a bombardment of McFly, Jonas Bros and The Days - which I totes love too btw, you do lose the ability to discover the new stuff. Case in point, I heard Panic At The Disco the other day and thought they were incredz, turns out they’ve been around for ages - who knew?
Not me.
Anyway, I have discovered Katy Perry.
Her album One of The Boys isn’t out here in the UK yet, but after hearing Katy’s tune-age online and realising she’s freakin’ awesome, I splashed the cash for an import. I dig her retro-girl stylin’ a LOT, her sassy ‘tude rocks and most of all, I love her tunes. They’re quite possibly the perfect soundtrack to being a girl - feisty and fabulous - LOVE.

I get as excited about stationery as I do chocolate and cupcakes, so imagine my happiness when I found that they did the cult moleskine notebooks that I totally heart in pink? I obviously had to buy myself a complete set, because cute notebooks are an absolute necessity when writing cute books.
Right?
Someone agree with me, please!

She’s also a rock girl, and both her and her beau have got a total ‘School of Rock’ thing going on over in the US. I’m saving up right now for my air ticket…
In the mean time, as one of the most feisty, fun, fearless and fabulous girls in girlsville, I’ve asked her to spill her ten must-have, most-favourite things to YOU, it’s like a Pink Ladies public service…or something!

Now, while we shouldn’t get too obsesso over material goods, when they’re this fabulous, it’s really rude not to.

We’ll have all of these to go, please.
I am a sucker for all things craft.

Which is why I’m all over her website: www.bettysuarez.com
It has everything a fan-girl needs to find out more about Betty and her world. Much love.
Betty, will you be our BFF?
Ugly Betty hits our screens here in the UK tonight, 9.30pm, Channel 4.
Oh, happy days.
There is nothing not to love ’bout this - I’ve had a sneaky peek on YouTube, and am crazy in crush with it already!
Basically, Ugly Betty follows the daily life of our new favourite lady Betty Suarez, she’s from a struggling Latino family and works as an assistant at super swanky MODE fashion magazine. Ala Devil Wears Prada, most of her colleagues think they’re more attractive than she is, they often humiliate and insult her because of her appearance, but the best bit? Betty don’t care.
She’s not even interested in fashion.
Her boss, the womanizing, but right outta cutesville, Daniel Meade has a serious lack of fashion experience too, but both are intent on performing well at their jobs, even though there are sneaky-types out to try and stop them…
Seriously, Ugly Betty is the stuff of dreams. Tune in tonight and we’ll do Betty chat!
