The question: “What do I need to do to love my sweet, sweet self today?”
The answer: Write.
Now, I write for a living, so this is something that I do EVERY day, but my real love and passion is buying pretty, pretty journals, putting pen to paper and filling them with words from my head. Seriously, it’s cheaper than any kind of therapy and all you need is a small commitment of time, a pen, a notebook and an open mind.
Writing something down can clear A LOT of space in your mind and heart. It helps put your thoughts into order and can relieve a whole lot of stress and confusion as well as allowing your creativity to flow. FYI: I have some of my BEST ideas for stories and projects when journaling. I use felt tip pens to write because I love how they soak the page with colour, I draw and stick pictures in too. Start journaling today - life will become far more interesting, promise.

we have journals which we use in RE at school. on one side of the page you write good thing and on the other you write deadens. it’s in the style of ignatius loyola.
today i had a sick day, i was actually sick so it was deffinetly what i needed. i also had a bath and did some writing. so far i have about 400 words of a story. it took me ages to get the characters names right. even the meaning of some will be great to write about.

I travelled three hours away with my mam to County Kerry, one of the most beautiful places in Ireland. Shame I can never see any of it.
