The question: “What do I need to do to love my sweet, sweet self today?”

The answer: Write.
Now, I write for a living, so this is something that I do EVERY day, but my real love and passion is buying pretty, pretty journals, putting pen to paper and filling them with words from my head. Seriously, it’s cheaper than any kind of therapy and all you need is a small commitment of time, a pen, a notebook and an open mind.

Writing something down can clear A LOT of space in your mind and heart. It helps put your thoughts into order and can relieve a whole lot of stress and confusion as well as allowing your creativity to flow. FYI: I have some of my BEST ideas for stories and projects when journaling. I use felt tip pens to write because I love how they soak the page with colour, I draw and stick pictures in too.
