post_it_note_love.jpgYep, it’s official - I’m back in the world o’ pink - woop, woop!

It’s Monday, and that can mean only one thing… it’s time to get Bodaciously Beauty*licious!

I’m happy.

Why?

If you’ve read Think Pink, you’ll know that both Lola and I are compliment-collecting crazy - we keep them safe for days when we feel glum, then we get them back out and splash around in their general loviness.

Now, I’ve been compliment-collecting crazy this weekend. A cute boy from Liverpool told me my hair-clip - pink, natch - was ‘boss’, a girl called Claire came up to me in the train station to tell me I was funky - thanks Claire! and another girl told me how pretty my lip gloss was when I was re-applying it in the loo…compliment collecting is simply dee-lish. Fact.

_8.jpgNow, I’m not one to follow a trend, but I am ALL about Barry M’s first ever matt Dazzle Dust in Block Blue 93.

The prod blurb: This little pot of bright turquoise fine dust is perfect for recreating the hottest catwalk looks as strong blocks of colour dominated the Spring/Summer 09 shows.

Barry M’s Celebrity Make-up Artist Daniella Novak says: “I absolutely love this new matt shade and it’s perfect for eyes as this season it’s all about rainbow shades and bright blocks of colour. Simpy sweep the eyeshadow across the entire eyelid for a look that’s bang on trend.”

Barry M’s new matt Dazzle Dust in Block Blue is (£4.50 / €6.95) and available to buy online now at www.barrym.com

Right now, if I wasn’t typing, I’d have both hands in the air!

I’m so sorry I’ve not been updating as regularly as I should and that I’ve not been giving you the attention that you gorgeous pink ladies deserve, but I’ve been really poorly and I’m STILL finishing Li’l Miss Bliss, I know, I’m the slowest writer in the world, right?!

Anyway, as of next week, normal fabulousity will resume, it’s a real life, Pink Lady actual fact. In the meantime, I hope you’re all awesome? Thanks for all your AMAZING emails about the first three Lola Love fiction books, I’m so glad you’re enjoying them, if any of you would like to write a review or share the love over at Amazon, that would be incredz and I’d send you a gazillion hugs and glitter-lip gloss kisses…I also hear the zines are coming along really well too - I’m so excited to see them and read them and I hope you’re having a kick-ass time making them, they’re fun, right?!

Ohhh exciting times - those fabu people at Bookbag have asked me some questions, I’ve answered them, they’ve posted them in what they’re calling an ‘interview’ - awesome!

You can read it here - if I do say so myself, it’s really quite lovely.

300_4.jpgAre you ready for a Friday afternoon cuteness fix?

Then check out this crazy-cute new doe-eyed deer necklace over at Pink-world fave: Temporary Secretary. You can choose between four candy colours, I’ve bought the pink one, natch, and each li’l deer o’ cuteness comes on an 18inch silver chain, with a shiny hot pink bow!

J’ - freakin’ - adore!

It’s a credit-crunch bustin’ £7 and available at: Temporary Secretary - so cute!

asset247.JPGOkay, so it’s pretty obvious that I’m all about the pink, but tomorrow, Friday 13th, I am going to go embrace the rouge, as here in the UK it’s officially Red Nose Day!

Yep Comic Relief will take over our TV screens on Friday night, Robbie Williams is making his first UK appearance in over 2 years, Ness and Bryn are performing Islands in the Stream from season 2 of Gavin and Stacey - quite possibly my favourite TV moment ever, and James Corden, who I have a complete crazy-mad crush on, is coaching the England football team, but if you don’t fancy dipping yourself in a bath full of baked beans to raise money this year, you could purchase one of the super-cool Stella McCartney designed Red Nose Day t-shirts instead.

Collector’s item, limited edition, one-off - whatever you call them, they’re a complete must-have for any fashionista with a heart. Not only will the t-shirts make you look fabulous, they’ll make you feel good too. Every t-shirt sold helps raises vital funds for Comic Relief. 100% of the cotton has been sourced from Fairtrade certified organic cotton co-operatives in Africa.

I am in particular heart with the Madonna one - adorbz! You can get them online or at your nearest TK Maxx store for £14.99 - It’s simple. Buy a t-shirt. Have a laugh. Help change the world.

Cut-out is the creation of awesome super-talent, Miss Kay. She designs kick-ass T-shirts and tote bags, button badges and handmade jewellery for your pleasure and delight, because…well, she’s really rather nice like that!

I especially heart the too-cool writer tee on the left, isn’t it adorbz? I’ve just ordered one, y’know, just in case people don’t know that I’m actually a writer-girl!

Come meet Kay, the lady behind the label, then go visit the site - you’ll love it!

pinkbowfront.jpgI have completely out-bow-ed myself with my latest purch from Pink-world fave: Loulou Loves You and FYI, she does love me because she’s made quite possibly the cutest over-sized huge pink bow EV-AH, and after parting with 16 english pounds, I now own it - hurrah!

The Loulou bow is made from double layered 100% silk satin and can be worn as a dreamy hair barette or as a totally bowtastic brooch - I intend to do both with mine - I’m officially in bow heaven!

You can get your own from: www.louloulovesyou.co.uk

51I3dulvW3L._SL500_AA240_.jpgWe’ve all seen the crazy World o’ Wag in the weekly mags, and while I’d never, ever want to be one, unless it involved me getting hang-time with Mister Beckham, obv., I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE reading about them, which is why I am super-excited about the fab new book, WAGS’ World.

The blurb:

An ordinary girl thrown into an extraordinary life…

Amy, sixteen, has moved to London for the summer to be near her eighteen-year-old boyfriend, Damien. He’s just been signed to a top premiership football club and is getting a taste of the no-limits lifestyle – and he wants Amy to come along for the ride.

1st_Cover_1.jpgJust to remind you that there is a Pink-world zine-making competition going on right now - I totally can’t wait to read your entries - but thought, while you were getting you creative on, you might need a li’l inspir-o…
