There are a million, trillion things that make me smile, right now it’s Ne-Yo and Rimmel’s 60 second nail polish in Portobello Pink, but like Lola, we all need to fill our Think Pink vanity case with things that will flick our mood switch to happy, happy, joy, joy in nano-seconds…
Here’s just a few of my happy-inducers:
Writing. I love to write words - I love bloggin’, journalling, feature writing and best of all, book writing. I love that I’m able to hang with kick-ass characters all day - Lola and the Pink Ladies are the best hang-buds ever - and I love that I make a living doing what I love, that makes me the happiest girl in the whole, wide world. See? Look how happy I am!
The Pink Ladies. You never fail to make me happy with your cool-ass comments, stories, emails, letters, collages - you’re super-talented, super-cool and super-awesome - never stop Thinking Pink, coz that makes me SOOOO freakin’ happy!
My friends. I’ve got goddess girls in Australia, e-mail queens of fabulousness, pretty boys in NY, writer-gal-pals, fashionistas in London, super-clever types who never, ever make me feel less clever, beautiful boys on cruise ships, you-totally-get-me-even-though-we hardly-see-each-other mates, be-there buds in Portsmouth - I’ve literally got friends all over the world and it makes me beyond happy to know that at any given moment, I’m being loved by one of ‘em.
The sea. Whether I’m kissing a boy, reading a book, writing in my journal, eating chips covered in way too much vinegar, watching the sunset, watching the sun rise, no matter what mood I’m in, heading to the sea always puts a smile on my face.
Jumping on my bed. Putting my i-tunes feel-good playlist on full blast and jumping on my bed makes me SO happy - tracks include: PJ & Duncan - Let’s Get Ready to Rumble, Take That - Shine and Chesney Hawkes - The One and Only… Yeppers, I’m a big ol’ bag o’ cheese - whatcha gonna do?
BNevertoobusytobebeautiful. I would literally marry this prod range if I could, it would never, ever disappoint you, which boy-types, in my experience, have a tendency to do. Sometimes I just go to their website and stare at the beautiful things, but most of the time, I just paint my face with their make up, rub my body with their lotion and spray myself with their sweet B fragrance. B - I heart you.
Travelling. I LOVE to travel - taking a bus trip round my city, a train journey to Brighton, a flight to NYC, packing a case and going on a solo-girl adventure to India - I love the freedom, the endless possibilities, not having an itinerary, learning different words and phrases, trying new food, making new friends - travelling deffo makes me happy x 1000.
Filled-to-the-brim bubble baths. I am so happy when I am in a bath filled with sweet-smelling coconut bubbles, reading a good book, looking out the sky-light at the stars and sipping pink lemonade.

GOD- Just the fact that he protects me and keeps me safe and blesses me is enough for me to be happy forever.
My Familia- I LOVE my Mummy and my older sis. Even if we do fight (but she always shares her jewellry with me) I love them to bits… And I’m a Mum’s girl (I always cry when I go on a week- school trip). They support me in anything I do and encourage me to the fullest. They teach me things to make me a wiser person and give me advice.
Writing (too)- I love coming up with ideas, characters or even just a random paragrahs. It makes me so smiley to come up with naive, clever, silly, too serious characters in different scenarios.
My Friends- People who help me get through ‘moments’ and never tell any of my secrets. People who don’t comment when I say I don’t like Eva Longoria. They always make me happy- and we can talk about things becasue they are the same age as me. What’s better than a bunch of gal-pals (and some-boy-pals)!
Totally awesome writer-girls- Who read my blog and make nice-nicey comments on them. Also who inpsire me to become a author and give me advice on how should improve my story. Miss Lisa Clark is deffo one of them, with her funky words of wisdom-ness and positive (think pink) attitude. She tells me how awesome I am and gives me a real confidence boost- Miss Lisa rocks to the max! Also Miss Luisa Plaja- kind author-lady and editor of chicklish.co.uk, who lets me reivew for her and sends me too-cool-for-school books, she’s given me adivce and EVEN subscribed to my blog (that makes me really happy)!
People do good things- When someone says ‘thank you’ or smiles at me it makes me smile throughout the day. So spread the LOVE!
Mizz Hannah Readers/Subscribers- When I check my email and see wonderrful comments on my blog, I feel so excited that lots of people read it and appreciate. For everyone who has ever read my blog; THANK YOU!
Eyeko makeup- No explanation, it’s sooooooooo great. I LOVE it! And the fact that it’s Japanese themed makes me greater x 100. So Kawaii!
Places- So many places in the world; New York, LA, Paris, Brighton. There are too many countries that I want to visit AND shop!
Reading- I love curling up and getting absorbed in a good book.
Facial masks- What’s better than beauty-fication…
Pandas, meerkats and racoons- You may think it’s weird coz my fave animals aren’t cats/dogs but I’m a different girl. I think they look so cute and funny (despite the fact that they might have raybees).
SHOPPING! -Who doesn’t love going to a shopping centre with a wad of cash. I love fashions!
Musis- I love jumping up nad down to a good song. Right now it’s The Saturdays- Up.

My happy inducers are….
*Playing with babies (preferably when they’re at crawling-laughing their heads off-age)
*Bowling! I’m getting better and better! I still can’t make the ball twirl like a pro, but nothing quite beats the feeling of a strike!
*Sugary foods! I’m a slave to baked goods! Cookies, cakes, brownies, muffins, but I’m an absolute maniac for cupcakes!
*My current favorite nailpolish combo…Barbie-pink with gold glitter on top! A glance at my nails makes me immediately happy!
*My biggest one right now is retro Christmas decorations! Silver tree, plastic Santa Clauses, stockings, ahhh…and don’t forget the “Christmas Cocktails” CD!
