meposing.jpgThe wildly fabulous Miss Corrine has just tagged all her readers encouraging them to share seven random facts about themselves, to read hers, go here, to read mine, read on, chicas!:

* I am obsess-O with all things Goddess-ey.

It started when I interviewed the author of Goddess Girl Power, Cordelia Brabbs for Pink-world. Since then, Cordelia has become one of my best buds, I’ve attended an amazing Goddess Girl weekend in Glasto which was just magical, I’ve hooked up with super-talented goddess girls like Leonie and Anita, and I’ve spent lots of time reading about, researching and falling in total girl crush with ancient goddesses from around the world - my faves are Kali, Lilith and Kwan Lin - who prove to me time and time again why girls officially rock and rule!

* I’ve slept in a tipi.

My friend Cathy Cassidy has one in her back garden, and after a fab-u evening of guitar-playing and marshmallow-eating, I actually slept in it. It wasn’t entirely awful, but I AM a city-girl, so was concerned when I realised that I had no-where to plug my hair straighteners. Needless to say, I will not be attending any festival, anytime soon, not unless I’m dating Kelly Jones or Jared Leto and I get to sleep in a swanky trailer.

* I crush on boys in bands.

I am a total sucker for a muso-boy. There is something totally dee-lish about a boy on stage. I love guitar boys when they’re concentrating on making sound come out of a guitar, I love arrogant front men who swagger around the stage, I love pretty boyband members who dance in sync and step off a stool for a key change - I heart boys in bands.

* I like other colours apart from pink.

I know, it’s like a total revelation, right? But I do, I do! I deffo love pink and I love how it makes me feel when I see it or wear it, but I love black too, I love red and I love orange and teal blue.

* I used to stalk follow Ant and Dec when they were pop duo, PJ and Duncan.

And do you know what? I’m not even embarrassed. I used to follow them up and down the country, and why some people might think it’s sad to follow popstars, I had some of the most fun adventures, made some amazing friends and it led to me working at SM:TV, one of the biggest Saturday morning TV shows ever, getting to hang with popstars all day and actually call it work!

* I hate it when people bite material.

Y’know, like when they bite the cuffs of their jumper, or pull off their gloves with their teeth. Babies are the worst offenders which is a major reason why I think they’ll never be a permanent one in my world, I just can’t bear the idea of material in my mouth - ick.

* Like Beyonce, I have an alter ego too.

Well, if it’s good enough for B, it’s good enough for me! She has Sasha Fierce and I have Miss Fabu. Why? Because when you’re a writer-girl you spend A LOT of time on your own hanging with people that are only real in your imagination, so when you have to go out and interact with real people again, you need a little helping hand. Enter Miss Fabu. She’s who’ll you see at workshops and book signings, she’s got style, passion and is totally kick-ass, you’ll recognise Miss Fabu by her bright pink YSL lipstick.

Who I’m Tagging: YOU! Please, tell me 7 random facts about yourself, chicas - I’d love to learn some more about your sweet self!
