Fact: there are too many fun Q&As online at the moment that it would be rude and wrong not to join in the fun! Besides, I think it’s a totes fun way for us to get to know each other, feel like celeb-types being interviewed and to procrastinate - because, c’mon, let’s face it, we should all be doing something else, right?

The subject? Fashion and Beauty - hurrah!

Foundation: I use Smashbox photo finish as a primer, which, FYI, is like fairy magic and if anyone is going to NYC anytime soon PLEASE can you pick me up some - I’ll pay you! Foundation wise, I am currently loving Rimmel Lasting  Finish mixed with a li’l moisturiser -  but I am fickle, and am always on the look out for a good foundation - holler back with your recommendations!

Mascara: I love lashings and lashings of mascara and while I’ve recently tried both Maybelline Define-a-lash and Number 7 Extreme Length - both of which are very good, but nothing quite beats, Maybelline Intense XXL I get asked if my lashes are false at least once a day when I apply this prod to curled eyelashes - j’adore!

Day Cream: While I’d love to be able to call myself a Creme De La Mer girl, sadly I am not, but I am a HUGE fan-girl of Nivea Visage - it smells dee-lish and feels really luxe to use - hurrah for Nivea!

Essential Beauty Product:
How can I choose just one? I can’t, so I won’t. I’m going to have three instead…A really good pair of eyelash curlers and tweezers - invest heavily in these and they will serve you well. Fact.
I use Tweezerman slanted tweezers and they’re quite possibly the best tweezers you’ll EVER find, plus they come in cute designs like hot pink and zebra print.
My actual essential prod would be Estee Lauder Ideal light, it’s like an actual magic wand. Take that, Harry Potter - bet you can’t banish undereye circles like this bad boy can!

Hair-wise it’s Lee Stafford Poker Straight protection spray - smells dee-vine and protects my hair from my insessant straightening!

Favourite Makeup Product: I am a HUGE Bnevertoobusytobebeautiful fan and I ADORE their totally-made-for-me lipcream in Beijing - it’s hot pink and comes in cute packaging, what’s not to love?! This is closely followed by Benefit High Beam which lasts for ever and can really make my cheekbones pop - I heart Benefit.

Perfume: My signature scent is definitely Hugo Boss Deep Red - j’adore! It makes me feel like the complete Scorpio-siren-girl I am! I also LOVE Princess by Vera Wang - cute packaging and a smell so deelish I want to drink it, ‘cept I don’t, obv. Despite spending ridicz amount of money on both of these on regular occasions - well it’s only right I treat myself, isn’t it? - do you know what perfume gets the most comments of all? My old faithful, the really reasonably priced and sweet-smelling Charlie Red - go figure.

Nails: I like to think of myself as adventure-girl when it comes to experimenting with make up, but nail polish? Not so much. I discovered Rimmel’s Portabello Pink 2 years ago and I now wear it everyday - I buy a bottle a month - I just love how it goes with everything.

Hands: Vaseline intensive hand and nail cream, smells dee-lish, comes in pink packaging and really makes my hands feel pampered…

Feet: Because I have Bob - that’s my dragon tattoo BTW - I have to keep my feet much-o moisturised, so I’m a bit obsesso girl about moisturising them with Vaseline intensive for Dry Skin each night before I go to bed. If, like me, you wear flip-flops a lot in the summer, it’s a total treat to mositurise your feet before bedtime and put them in a pair of 100% cotton socks - do this for a week and your feet will send you a billion gazillion thank-yous!

Women I admire for their beauty: because beauty comes from the inside and shines through to make the outside all twinkly and gorgeous, my women of gorgeousness aren’t generally all that showbizzy or famous, but women who I think have a great look are; Dita Von Teese - I adore her total in-your-face Hollywood glamour, I love America Ferrarra and Jennifer Hudson, I think Kelly Osbourne and Pink rock and rule and I love Gwen Stefani, Mia Tyler and Beth Ditto…there’s a million more, but I admire anyone who is comfy enough in their skin to rock what they’ve got - that’s the most beautiful thing EVER.

Women with the Best Sense of Style: Again, I dig any woman that totally rocks a look that’s all their own and who isn’t afraid to make bold choices and stand out from the crowd. Big props go to: Vivienne Westwood, Patricia Field, Betsy Johnson and Zandra Rhodes -  I heart these women.

My Ultimate Dream: For every girl and woman to dig on themselves so much that they want to positively smooch their reflection! F’sure, playing with make up and beauty prods is a may-jorly fun thing, in fact it’s one of my most fave things about being a girl, but what’s really important is that you love yourself up for being the most beauty*licious kick-ass girl in girlsville, embrace your quirky bits - got a big nose? Me too, but instead of worrying about it or considering surgery, I’ve stuck a nose ring in it and am totally celebrating it with adornment! Got big thighs? Me too, but instead of hiding them under trousers, I’ve taken to wearing shocking pink and purple tights and cute dresses that show them off! Life is short, please don’t waste it worrying about how you look - instead love what you’ve got and have fun with it, I am!

How Do I Define Womanhood: Girls rock and rule. Fact.

Favourite Fashion Publication: I heart NYLON and N.E.E.T and the fat stylist…

Your turn, Pink Ladies - I can’t wait to read what prods are rockin’ your make-up bag right now!
