I LOVE Baz Luhrmann.
Not only did he create the fabulous-o, super-modern version of Romeo and Juliet which I have watched a million times, not only did he create Moulin Rouge which j’adore and have watched a trillion times, he also created Sunscreen.
Yep, it is about Sunscreen, but it’s also much more than that.
It’s a total, kick-ass advert for thinkin’ pink and although it was made back in 1999 - it went to number 1 and everything - it is still more than perfect-o for us Pink Ladies to dig on right now!
Save it on your ‘puter for days when you’re feeling like a resident of glumsville, I promise it’ll make you smile!

I love the video so much!! Our teacher showed us it in drama (on his laptop) and we all had to come up with a scene from it. Most fun drama lesson ever!!
Also I love some of the advice it gives, always wear sunscreen, dance, always remember the compliments, your not as fat as you think and worrying is as about as effective as trying to solve algebra by chewing bugglegum are just some of my fav bits of advice
and I love how random it is
