His novels are an exhilarating ride of twists and intrigue. Brilliant characters and wonderfully written.

my favourite author is Michael Connolly, I love the way he writes his crime novels and brings his main character Harry Bosch to life and how he ages and changes his life as the years progress. I have travelled to see him twice at meet the author meeting at Bookstores in the last 3 years and he is an extremely interesting an refreshinly grounded person

Clearly Jo really is uncomparable as I didn't read the other entries before I entered mine & we've all said Jo is our number 1. For those few haters out there, she's number for a reason & if you bothered to open your minds & allow yourselves a bit of imagination you'd understand how amazing she is!

JK Rowling is my favourite author as the whole world of maigc tha she created through Harry Potter is just amzing an completely uncomparable. If I could be half as talented & successful as Jo I'd be mucho impressed with myself. Also, for those who have read the books or are still reading, the detail & intricacy she's put into creating he story is unbelievable, she reall has put creativity and imagination back into our minds & if I didn't know better I'm sure that there really is word of magic out there, I mean after all Harry Potter is set in the 80's it makes sense!?

Growing up my fave author was always Enid Blyton. From kid to teen, her books kept me entertained and enthralled. Lately though, only Rowling comes to mind!
